Section 15. It shall be the duty of the Recording
Secretary to call the roll of officers and keep a true and
correct record of all proceedings and of all business
transactions ofthe Local Union. The Recording Secretary
shall make two (2) copies ofthe attendance sheets. The
copy shall be filed by the Financial Secretary-Treasurer,
and the Recording Secretary is to keep the original in
his/her files. He/she shall act as secretary and keep a
correct record of all business transacted by the Local
Union and enter the same in the minutes ofthe meetings
ofthe Local Union. He/she shall also enter in the minutes,
reports of all committees and officers. He/she shall
perform such other duties as may be required by the
International Constitution and General Laws or Local
By-Laws ofLocal Union 732.
In case of the absence of the Financial SecretaryTreasurer
by sickness or other cause, he/she shall perform
the duties of said office until other provisions are made
and be placed under whatever bond the Executive Board
may direct. It shall be the duty of the Recording Secretary
to report to the International Organization magazine all
news items affecting this Local Union and its members.
He/she shall, at the expiration of his/her term of office,
deliver to his/her successor in office all records, books,
or other property of the Local Union that he/she may
have in his/her possession.
